Frag Swap!! Round 2!

Was reading threads on RC and came across a huge frag swap occuring in California in Nov. It brought back good feelings about our last frag swap and how well it went!

Why don't we do it again, in the next month or two? so we have some time to make frags and pick a place. It has already been 6 months since the last one, and a bi-annual frag swap for manhattan reefers would be a cool tradition. What do you say Jim?

Yes definately - I am off to a conference and will return on Monday - let's discuss then. Something I definately want to do.

This time I'll get my office in DT manhattan - we have a conference table, rooms etc.

It will be on a Saturday for sure, so, perhaps we can see what Saturday in early November is not good?

Let me know all and I'll start keeping track.

I'm new to this whole frag swap thing, but would like to attend. I will have Neon Green Rhodactis, Anthelia, GSP, Purple shrooms and maybe some zoos nothing real fancy. Think there's much interest for any of that I have??? I uploaded some pictures of some of my zoos, I'll see what I can frag. I never fragged zoos, so any suggestions to get them moving along would be appreciated. Thanks

yea me to, im also looking into getting some frags and stuff, plus it would be a good experience to meet other reefers. ;0)

Chrisl1, at the last frag fest not a single coral was left without a new owner. Many people with different tanks, i.e. new and old, showed up. So don't worry, I would say bring whatever you have and I am sure that you will trade with someone, or get a couple of bucks for your corals.

If your zoanthids and anthelia are a morph that I don't have I will trade you for them, , if I have something you want in return.

Anyway, you don't have to have any frags to attend. Last time we had an auction, where the highest price paid for a corals was $20-30. Most went for ALOT less.
