Closed corals. I didn't see particles, but judging by the lack of color, lack of coralline algae and green glass, I'd say you've got high PO4 and NO3. I didn't watch your video and it would be more likely that I would suck on the business end of a shot gun before I watched anyone's reef video.
Remove all that mechanical filtration.

Get rid of the

3 layers blue-white filter pad
double layer micron pad
return pump coverd with filter pads

They trap garbage that would eventually be pulled out of your tank by the skimmers.

I aslo noticed that you didn't give us any water test results but as louismustdie said, your nitrate and phosphate are high.

I'm shocked no one asked. What kind of water are you using? RO/DI or Tap? Your tank looks like mine use to look when I was using tap water. Oops, forgot to add this is after total redo with ro/di water & no fuge just some cheato floating around in the sump

I think you should also check the connectors of the light and where the cable comes from behind the reflector. Check the cable to see whether they are still flexible or has became bristle. Sometimes, the cable got cut. I brought an used light before and it has that problem. Doing it yourself is not that hard if you buy them new because they have the diagram to show what is what.
